Warranty Repairs from 17/7/26
We are writing to inform you of an important change to the Epson Service Delivery programme that will take effect immediately.
Following a review of the current service process, the existing ‘Swap Service’ option will no longer be available and will be replaced by a ‘Return to Base’ (RTB) Service offering. This change applies to all in-warranty consumer products that would previously have been processed through the Swap Service programme.
As a result, we kindly ask that all in-warranty consumer customers are referred directly to the Epson Support Desk. The Support Desk will assess the issue and arrange the appropriate service solution with Epson. This will ensure that customers receive the correct support and that all service requests are managed in line with the updated process.
